Ingredients

2 lb
frozen winter style vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
3 can(s)
chicken broth
1 can(s)
ro-te (undrained)
8 oz
cream cheese, softened

Step-By-Step

1Place vegetables, Ro-Tel, and chicken broth in large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for about 40 minutes. Add cream cheese and melt as you stir. Serve hot.
