Ingredients
- 1 lb package black-eyed peas dried
- 1 lg can rotel tomatoes, original
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 2-3 small jalapenos, chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds polish kielbasa
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- to taste pinch salt and pepper
How To Make black-eyed pea stew

Step 1Wash peas add to pot and cover with water boil till almost tender

Step 2add all ingredients (except rotel)cook till tender

Step 3Add rotel and simmer for 10 minutes serve with cornbread
