6 slicebacon
-
1 smallonion, chopped

4 cpotatoes, diced

1 smallcontainer sour cream

How to Make Bev's Cheese Soup
- Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain. Cook chopped onion in bacon grease until wilted.
- Add diced potatoes to pan with onions and add water to pan until just covers potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender (about 10 mins). Do not drain off water.
- Lower to medium heat and add container of sour cream and mix to blend. Cube Velveeta cheese and add to soup mixture stirring until melted.
- Crumble bacon into soup and serve.
