Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white gravy mix
- 7 cups water
- 1 pound package frozen hash browns
- 8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped & sauteed
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make baked potato soup

Step 1Combine white gravy mix with 1 cup of slightly warm water. Mix with a wire whip until blended. Set aside.

Step 2In a large pan combine 6 cups water with 1 pound of hash browns. Bring to a full boil. Continue boiling for 5 minutes before adding gravy mixture.

Step 3Add gravy mixture to boiling potatoes stirring vigorously. Continue stirring until it thickens, about 1 minute.

Step 4Reduce heat and stir in sauteed onion, bacon and shredded cheese. You can garnish with sour cream.
