- 6 medium potatoes
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 6 cups milk
How To Make baked potato soup

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash the potatoes, and place in oven for 45 mins.Dice the onion,set aside. Cook bacon until almost done, then add the onion.

Step 2Dice the cooled, baked potatoes and place in a large pot. Add the bacon/onion mixture. Cover with the milk. Use corn starch and 1/2 C. milk to make a mixture; add to the pot.

Step 3Simmer on a low-medium heat, covered. Add salt and pepper to taste.
