Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 4 small scallions -- chopped
- 1/2 cup hatch green chilis -- chopped
- 1 large fresh jalapeno -- chopped
- 1 medium tomato -- chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon adobo all purpose mexican seasoning
How To Make avocado soup

Step 1Cut avocado into quarters, remove pit and peel, and put the flesh in a blender or processor.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients together, half the stock, and puree until smooth.

Step 3Combine with remaining stock in a pan.

Step 4Simmer the soup while covered for 10 minutes.
