Ingredients For asian noodles with wasabi butter sauce

12 ozchinese chow mein (stir-fry) noodles

1 cfrozen soy beans

1red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1 creduced-sodium chicken broth

2 Tbspunsalted butter
-
1 Tbspreduced-sodium soy sauce
-
2 Tbspwasabi paste, or more to taste

2 Tbspchopped fresh cilantro

salt and freshly ground black pepper
How To Make asian noodles with wasabi butter sauce

1Cook noodles according to package directions, adding soy beans and bell pepper to the boiling water when you add the noodles. Drain and set aside.

2Meanwhile, combine broth, butter, soy sauce and wasabi paste in a medium saucepan and set pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and whisk to dissolve wasabi paste completely into the broth. Add noodles, soy beans and bell pepper and cook 1 minute to heat through. Stir in cilantro and season to taste with salt and pepper.
