This is my Uncle's recipe. It is so easy to make and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef-browned and drained
  • 1 can v8* juice (tall can) approximately 46oz
  • 2 cans veg-all*
  • 1 package frozen loose corn
  • 2 packages lipton* onion soup mix
  • - sugar, salt and pepper to taste

How To Make ash's vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    After meat has been browned and drained in a large pot, dump the remaining ingredients into the pot along with the meat. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Then serve.
  • Step 2
    Note-may add some uncooked pasta (not too much though, will soak up some of the liquid)
