This is my Uncle's recipe. It is so easy to make and very tasty.

1 1/2 lb
ground beef-browned and drained
1 can(s)
v8* juice (tall can) approximately 46oz
2 can(s)
1 pkg
frozen loose corn
2 pkg
lipton* onion soup mix
sugar, salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Ash's Vegetable Soup


  • 1After meat has been browned and drained in a large pot, dump the remaining ingredients into the pot along with the meat. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Then serve.
  • 2Note-may add some uncooked pasta (not too much though, will soak up some of the liquid)
