This soup is full of flavor. I got this recipe from my mother in law, she has a wonderful little soup cookbook. We have loved every recipe we have tried.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 cans (14 oz each) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make artichoke lemon soup

Step 1In a large soup pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and celery and saute for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
