Great to make when you're in a hurry! Great on a cold rainy day. Some crackers or some crusty bread will finish it off nicely!

Ingredients

  • 1 can carrots, no salt added
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
  • 1 can green beans, no salt added
  • 1 can canellini beans, low sodium
  • 1/3 cup corn, no salt added
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper (optional)
  • 1 pinch sea salt (optional)

How To Make 5 minute vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    Open all cans and add to large soup pot. DO NOT DRAIN FIRST. THE LIQUID MAKES THE STOCK. Add chopped garlic and a pinch of black pepper and sea salt to taste. Heat and eat!
