Ingredients
- 1 can carrots, no salt added
- 1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
- 1 can green beans, no salt added
- 1 can canellini beans, low sodium
- 1/3 cup corn, no salt added
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 pinch ground black pepper (optional)
- 1 pinch sea salt (optional)
How To Make 5 minute vegetable soup

Step 1Open all cans and add to large soup pot. DO NOT DRAIN FIRST. THE LIQUID MAKES THE STOCK. Add chopped garlic and a pinch of black pepper and sea salt to taste. Heat and eat!
