Great to make when you're in a hurry! Great on a cold rainy day. Some crackers or some crusty bread will finish it off nicely!

  •   1 can(s)
    carrots, no salt added
  •   1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes, no salt added
  •   1 can(s)
    green beans, no salt added
  •   1 can(s)
    canellini beans, low sodium
  •   1/3 c
    corn, no salt added
  •   1/4 tsp
    chopped garlic
  •   1 pinch
    ground black pepper (optional)
  •   1 pinch
    sea salt (optional)

How To Make

  • 1
    Open all cans and add to large soup pot. DO NOT DRAIN FIRST. THE LIQUID MAKES THE STOCK. Add chopped garlic and a pinch of black pepper and sea salt to taste. Heat and eat!
