Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey, ground
- 1 small onion (diced )
- 1 clove garlic (roasted)
- 2 cups squash (cubed)
- 2 cups peas (i used frozen)
- 2 medium carrots (diced)
- 2 cups corn (i used frozen )
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups rice (cooked)
How To Make turkey rice vegtable soup

Step 1In a sauté pan brown turkey onion and all spices. In 350 oven roast garlic balb till brown about 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2In slow cooker or crock pot add all other ingredients except rice.

Step 3Add turkey when done cook on high 4 hours turn to low add cooked rice cook another 30 minutes serve.
