We had turkey breast last night so turkey noodle soup tonight.

    chicken broth
  • 1 large
    turkey breast (already baked)
  • 2 stalk(s)
    celery (diced)
  • 2 large
    carrots (diced )
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley (cut fine)
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 2 c
    baby spinach

How to Make Turkey Noodle Soup


  1. Remove turkey from breast bone. Dice and set aside
  2. In large soup kettle add chicken broth and breast bone bring to boil.
  3. Add celery, Carrots and spices boil till carrots are done remove breast bone and disgard
  4. Add turkey bring back to boil add noodles simmer till noodles are done.
  5. Turn off add the spinach stir well serve.
