Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 12 ounces corn, canned
- 1 large potato, peeled and diced
- 16 ounces tomatoes, canned
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 cups water, boiling
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
How To Make turkey corn chowder

Step 1Saute onion in oil in a large kettle until transparent; push to one side.

Step 2Add ground turkey and cook, stirring, until lightly browned.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients, except canned milk; stir well.

Step 4Cover and bring just to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Step 5Just before serving, remove from heat and slowly stir in canned milk.
