Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 5 cups turkey or chicken broth
- 2 - potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup apple juice, unsweetened
- 3 cups turkey, cooked and chopped
How To Make turkey chowder

Step 1Saute the onion and celery in the margarine.

Step 2Add the flour, salt, pepper and thyme.

Step 3Gradually add the broth.

Step 4Add the potatoes and carrots.

Step 5Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Step 6Add the zucchini, apple juice, and turkey.

Step 7Continue cooking over low heat for 10 minutes.
