After eating Thanksgiving dinner there are so many wonderful leftovers. Pretty much this is a recipe for whatever you have left. This is my rendition. At least this way you can place it in a freezer container and enjoy it later. Really the possibilities are endless. Make it as soupy as you like, I like mine a little on the thicker side. Use veggie broth or beef broth. Add ham or prime rib, carrots or mashed potatoes!! Enjoy now or freeze to enjoy later!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onions, yellow, medium
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 heaping serving spoon dressing
  • 1 heaping serving spoon hash brown casserole
  • 1 heaping serving spoon green bean casserole
  • 1 heaping serving spoon sweet potato casserole
  • 1 heaping serving spoon gravy
  • 1 turkey breast
  • whole cranberries

How To Make thanksgiving soup

  • Turkey & onions
    Step 1
    In your Dutch oven sauté onion and garlic. Once softened add your turkey cut into bite-size pieces.
  • Pot of food
    Step 2
    Add your serving spoons full of the sides that you have.
  • Chicken broth
    Step 3
    Add the chicken broth to your desired consistency.
  • Pot of food
    Step 4
    Bring to a boil; stirring constantly.
