Successful Green Chile Stew

green chiles, diced, 7 ounces each
1 lb
turkey, ground
1 small
zucchini, thinly sliced
1 c
corn kernels, frozen
14 oz
canned peeled tomatoes with juice
24 oz
garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1 tsp


1Brown the ground turkey.
2Just before it is done, add the garlic and saute it with the meat.
3Then put this into a large saucepan or dutch oven.
4Turn on heat to medium high and add tomatoes and juice.
5Use a spatula to cut up the tomatoes in the pan.
6Add the rest of the vegetables, chiles, water and the seasoning.
7Bring to a boil, then turn heat down and cook until zucchini becomes soft.
8Spoon into bowls and serve.
