Since it was cold today I decided to make some turkey soup from leftover turkey and some broth I made from the bones and I didnt have noodles so I tried the Romaine noodles and it was very tastey,,

butter or margarine
1 c
sliced thin carrots
1 c
sliced thin celery
1 c
2 c
diced cooked turkey or chicken
1 gal
chicken stock
2 pkg
roasted chicken romaine noodles plus the seasoning packs
1 Tbsp
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
fresh or dried parsley
1/2 c
diced onion

How to Make Quick and Easy Turkey Noodle Soup


  • 1In a large stock pot add butter and melt.Add the onions and carrots and celery sautee until almost tender.Add the flour and brown for a few minutes (like making a gravy).Add the stock and stir unitl the flour is disolved and the mixture is creamy add the salt and pepper and the romaine noodle packs and seasoning and cook for a few minutes and then add the chicken or turkey and let simmer until the veggies are tender.Sprinkle in the parsley before serving.
