- 2 cans lentils
- 1 cup water
- 1 can carrots
- 1 package turkey legs (about 3 legs)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make lentil and turkey soup

Step 1Put water and turkey legs in slow cooker on high for approximately 3 hours (till it falls off the bone).

Step 2Remove bones from broth, leaving the meat and broth in the crock.

Step 3Add tomatoes, lentils, carrots, and seasonings.

Step 4Cook for an additional 5 hours on low setting. Serve and enjoy!
