- 1/2 pound ground chuck, cooked
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cans (8 ounce) tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 package (16 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 package (16 ounce) frozen soup mix
- 1/2 cup dry onion soup mix
How To Make vegetable beef soup

Step 1In a large pot over medium high heat, saute the ground chuck for about 5 minutes or until browned

Step 2Drain off excess fat.

Step 3Add the tomatoes, sauce, water, vegetables and soup mix.

Step 4Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.

Step 5Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
