This is a very easy soup recipe.
My family said this recipe was a keeper. Great for these cold winter days.

ground chuck, cooked
2 can(s)
(14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 can(s)
(8 ounce) tomato sauce
2 c
1 pkg
(16 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg
(16 ounce) frozen soup mix
1/2 c
dry onion soup mix

How to Make Vegetable Beef Soup


  • 1In a large pot over medium high heat, saute the ground chuck for about 5 minutes or until browned
  • 2Drain off excess fat.
  • 3Add the tomatoes, sauce, water, vegetables and soup mix.
  • 4Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
  • 5Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
