Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk italian sausage
  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 2 (14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 package frozen mixed veggies
  • 12 ounces uncooked, rotini
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon each of oregano, basil, and parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

How To Make sausage rotini soup

  • Step 1
    Brown Italian sausage in a pot until it is cooked all the way through.
  • Step 2
    Then add remaining ingredients to pot and bring to a boil.
  • Step 3
    Turn heat down and let cook until noodles are al dente.
