  • 1 lb
    bulk italian sausage
  • 32 oz
    chicken broth
  • 2 (14.5 oz can(s)
    diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 (8oz) can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    frozen mixed veggies
  • 12 oz
    uncooked, rotini
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced black olives
  • 1 tsp
    each of oregano, basil, and parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt

How to Make Sausage Rotini Soup


  1. Brown Italian sausage in a pot until it is cooked all the way through.
  2. Then add remaining ingredients to pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn heat down and let cook until noodles are al dente.
