this is a better flavored potato soup then what I have had in the past.

6-8 oz
chopped bacon
2 c
cleaned unpiled white or yeelow potato's
1 c
dice onion (i used vadila)
3/4 c
dice celary
1/2 c
dice carrots (i used baby carrot, they cook faster)
4 c
milk
1 Tbsp
season salt
1 tsp
ground pepper
1/2 c
instant potato
1/2 c
sherred chedder cheese

How to Make fried potaot soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1cook the diced bacon over medium heat, till crispy, do not drain
  • 2add all the veggies cooking still over medium heat till the potato's are golden brown and other veggies are done. add the season salt and pepper.
  • 3add milk, bring back to boil
  • 4add instant potatoes this is your thickener
  • 5when thick add the cheese
