this is a better flavored potato soup then what I have had in the past.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 ounces chopped bacon
  • 2 cups cleaned unpiled white or yeelow potato's
  • 1 cup dice onion (i used vadila)
  • 3/4 cup dice celary
  • 1/2 cup dice carrots (i used baby carrot, they cook faster)
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon season salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup instant potato
  • 1/2 cup sherred chedder cheese

How To Make fried potaot soup

  • Step 1
    cook the diced bacon over medium heat, till crispy, do not drain
  • Step 2
    add all the veggies cooking still over medium heat till the potato's are golden brown and other veggies are done. add the season salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    add milk, bring back to boil
  • Step 4
    add instant potatoes this is your thickener
  • Step 5
    when thick add the cheese
