this is a better flavored potato soup then what I have had in the past.

Ingredients
- 6-8 ounces chopped bacon
- 2 cups cleaned unpiled white or yeelow potato's
- 1 cup dice onion (i used vadila)
- 3/4 cup dice celary
- 1/2 cup dice carrots (i used baby carrot, they cook faster)
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon season salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 cup instant potato
- 1/2 cup sherred chedder cheese
How To Make fried potaot soup

Step 1cook the diced bacon over medium heat, till crispy, do not drain

Step 2add all the veggies cooking still over medium heat till the potato's are golden brown and other veggies are done. add the season salt and pepper.

Step 3add milk, bring back to boil

Step 4add instant potatoes this is your thickener

Step 5when thick add the cheese
