- 1 can diced tomatoes with liquid (i used garlic flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried basil flakes
- 4 1/2 cans regular (not low sodium) vegetable broth
- 3 packages frozen or canned vegetables of choice
- 1 quart water
How To Make flavorful italian vegetable soup (crock pot)

Step 1In large stock pot or crockpot, place tomatoes, broth, pepper flakes, oregano, basil, and water.

Step 2Cook on high for 3 hours, 2 hours if using frozen veggies.

Step 3Add vegetables.

Step 4Cook on high for another hour, 2 if using frozen veggies.
