This is such a feel good soup. My family loves it on a cold day. They also love it on a hot day! It is very easy to make.

Ingredients

5 large
potatoes
1 c
chopped carrots
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 c
chopped celery
2 c
chicken broth
1 c
milk
2 Tbsp
flour
1 small
velvetta cheese

How to Make Cheesey Potatoe Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cover vegetables with water in large pot. Cook until potatoes are soft enough to separate with a fork but not mushy. Mix flour with milk and pour into soup mixture then add cut up Velveeta cheese. Continue to stir until cheese is melted then serve. Very yummy!
