This is such a feel good soup. My family loves it on a cold day. They also love it on a hot day! It is very easy to make.

Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 small velvetta cheese
How To Make cheesey potatoe soup

Step 1Cover vegetables with water in large pot. Cook until potatoes are soft enough to separate with a fork but not mushy. Mix flour with milk and pour into soup mixture then add cut up Velveeta cheese. Continue to stir until cheese is melted then serve. Very yummy!
