How to Make Cabbage Soup (Peel-A-Pound)
- Chop up all of the veggies. I like mine chopped small.
- Put the chopped veggies into a large soup pot and cover with water (several inches over the veggie line).
- Add the tomatoes and beef bouillon.
- Simmer until the veggies are tender, about an hour should do it. If your veggies are chopped bigger, you can allow an hour and a half.
