So many different cabbage soup recipes. It is supposed to be healthy and it doesn't hurt that it tastes good, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2
    head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 can(s)
    cheddar cheese soup (do not dilute)
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, drained
  • 1 c
    frozen cut corn
  • 1
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How to Make Cabbage Fiesta Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger with garlic on stove and drain. Add to crock pot along with rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with corn bread.
