I love broccoli/cheese soup and I love potato soup, so I combined them! I love that it does not take long to cook and it gets me warm inside on a cold night!

Ingredients

  • 4 large
    patatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 1/2
    sweet onion, diced
  • 32 oz
    chicken broth
  • 16 oz
    diced ham
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 16 oz
    frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 can(s)
    broccoli cheese soup
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick
    butter

How to Make Broccoli, Ham, Cheese, Potato Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook potatoes and onion in large pan until potatoes are tender.
  2. Take pan off heat and add cream cheese. Stir until melted.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cover. Cook on low for 15 minutes.
  4. I add shredded cheese on top. You could add bacon bits on top or a spoon of sour cream.
