  • 6 large mushrooms, slice thin
  • - minced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • - flour
  • - clear soup
  • pinch mace
  • 2 tablespoons good cream
  • - bread croutons

How To Make bohemian mushroom soup

  • Step 1
    In pot sauté mushrooms, parsley, butter and dusted with flour; allow to 'stew' a little while. Add enough good clear soup to make it of the consistency of a very thin gravy. Add mace and cream; bring to a boil.
  • Step 2
    To serve, pour over bread croutons.
