- 6 large mushrooms, slice thin
- - minced parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - flour
- - clear soup
- pinch mace
- 2 tablespoons good cream
- - bread croutons
How To Make bohemian mushroom soup

Step 1In pot sauté mushrooms, parsley, butter and dusted with flour; allow to 'stew' a little while. Add enough good clear soup to make it of the consistency of a very thin gravy. Add mace and cream; bring to a boil.

Step 2To serve, pour over bread croutons.
