blt soup
one day I was craving a BLT sandwich.I didn't have any bread, so I came up with this soup instead.You can eat without the Mayo but it really does help bring out the flavor of the soup and cut the acid of the tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon, uncooked
- 1/2 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 can 8oz tomatoe sauce
- 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes in juice
- 2 medium tomatoes diced
- 4 cups tomatoe juice
- 11 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
How To Make blt soup

Step 1chop and cook bacon until crispy,do this in a large pot to save on dishes

Step 2after cooking add in chopped onions until tender, add in all tomatoes and tomatoe juice

Step 3heat throughly

Step 4garnish with mayonnaise,shredded lettuce and croutons
