Ingredients
- 1 can (tall) asparagus
- 4 cups chicken broth, or 4 cups water and 4 chick bouillon cubes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 2 medium potatoes
How To Make asparagus soup

Step 1sauté onions and potatoes in butter. Add broth and cook till tender. Add asparagus. Let cool 10 minutes. Process in blender until smooth.
