chicken broth

mixed vegetables

rotel - tomotoes with green chiles

black beans - drained and rinsed

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pour first 5 cans into a big soup pot. Add the can of drained and rinsed black beans. Heat until soup boils - about 5 minutes. Ladle up and ENJOY!
  • 2It really is that easy. You can substitute any type of beans you want just be sure to drain and rinse the beans. Or leave them out entirely.
  • 3OPTIONAL - put in chunks of chicken.
