Found different recipes on the internet and combined my favorite ingredients into this version. If the canned ingredients have enough salt for you, you might want to eliminate the 2 tsp. of sea salt.

Ingredients

ground turkey
4-5
green peppers, chopped
1/4 c
chopped onion
3 clove
minced garlic
1 can(s)
tomato sauce (29 oz)
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes (29 oz)

beef bouillon, cubes
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1-2 can(s)
water
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 tsp
sea salt
1 tsp
ground black pepper
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2-3 c
cooked brown rice

How to Make Stuffed Pepper Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1In large pan, cook meat, onions, garlic and green pepper until meat and peppers are cooked. Drain.
  • 2In large pot combine the rest of the ingredients and then stir in the meat mixture.
  • 3Cook over low to medium heat until heated through and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy.
