I've tried many different recipes for potato soup but this one is by far the best one yet.

Ingredients
- 30 ounces hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 3 cans (14 ounce each) chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onions (i use onion powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese (don't use low fat - won't melt)
How To Make potato soup

Step 1Combine everything EXCEPT for the cream cheese. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat. About 10 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted. Serve with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions, or whatever else you think would be good!!
