30 ozhash brown potatoes, frozen
3 can(s)(14 ounce each) chicken broth
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1/2 cchopped onions (i use onion powder)
1/4 tspground pepper
8 ozcream cheese (don't use low fat - won't melt)
How to Make Potato Soup
- Combine everything EXCEPT for the cream cheese. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat. About 10 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted. Serve with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions, or whatever else you think would be good!!
