Ingredients

  • 1 - pork tenderloin (2.5 lbs)
  • 1 - diced sweet onion
  • 3 - granny smith apples, peeled & diced
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 10 medium potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (49.5 oz)
  • 6 cans bud lite apple-rita (8 oz)
  • 2 cans green beans

How To Make pork tenderloin stew

  • Step 1
    I used a large roaster oven. Put in all ingredients. Pork Tenderloin was frozen. Add extra water as needed. Slow cook overnight.
  • Step 2
    In the morning, take pork out. Let cool a bit to handle. Shred and put back in pot.
  • Step 3
    Add whatever seasonings you like. I added worcestershire sauce, lawry's, montreal steak seasoning
