Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth, low salt
- 2 pounds baked potatoes cubed
- 1 1/2 cups celery ( diced )
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make loaded baked potato soup

Step 1Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

Step 2Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Whisk milk/flour mixture into sauce; stir in cheese and bacon.

Step 4Simmer, uncovered, 5-8 minutes, or until thick, stirring constantly.
