2 lbbaked potatoes cubed
1 1/2 ccelery ( diced )
1 mediumcarrot, shredded
1 Tbspwhite vinegar
1 chalf and half
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
1 cmonterey jack cheese shredded
6 slicebacon cooked and crumbled
How to Make Loaded Baked Potato Soup
- Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Whisk milk/flour mixture into sauce; stir in cheese and bacon.
- Simmer, uncovered, 5-8 minutes, or until thick, stirring constantly.
