I found this recipe several years and it was an instant hit. Quick, easy to make and delicious! Great when the first snow starts to fall. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    kielbasa
  • 6 c
    beef or chicken broth
  • 2
    carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2 c
    dried noodles
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 stalk(s)
    celery, diced

How to Make Kielbasa Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice Kielbasa into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  2. Put all ingredients, except noodles, into soup pot. Bring to a boil. Let boil gently 10 mins until carrots are tender. Add noodles. Boil gently over med-high heat until noodles are tender.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
