How To Make italian wedding soup
-
Step 1In medium bowl combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and onion powder, mix well and then shape into little balls about 1/2 inch. I sort of cook these just to get a little brown around them.
-
Step 2In large stock pot heat broth to a boil, then stir in pasta, carrot, meatballs and chopped spinach, cook until pasta is done about 15 minutes. Stir often so pasta doesn't stick to bottom of pan.
-
Step 3Serve with a good crusty bread and grate Parmesan cheese on top of your soup. Enjoy
