Just started using this recipe this last year. We have had many of our family and friends eating this with us, I hope they really like it because its all I've been making lately, like I can't get enough of it. LOL

How to Make Italian Wedding Soup

  • 1In medium bowl combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and onion powder, mix well and then shape into little balls about 1/2 inch. I sort of cook these just to get a little brown around them.
  • 2In large stock pot heat broth to a boil, then stir in pasta, carrot, meatballs and chopped spinach, cook until pasta is done about 15 minutes. Stir often so pasta doesn't stick to bottom of pan.
  • 3Serve with a good crusty bread and grate Parmesan cheese on top of your soup. Enjoy
