Ingredients
- FOR THE MEATBALLS
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- FOR THE SOUP
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, shredded
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1 cup uncooked tubettini pasta (or other small pasta)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make italian wedding soup

Step 1For Meatballs:

Step 2Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend well.

Step 3Form into 1/2 inch balls.

Step 4For the Soup:

Step 5Place broth in a large pot. Bring it to a boil.

Step 6Add meatballs and carrots. Reduce heat to medium.Cook for 10 minutes.

Step 7Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8Add pasta and spinach and simmer for another 10 minutes or until pasta is done.
