FOR THE MEATBALLS
grated parmesan cheese

fresh spinach, shredded
uncooked tubettini pasta (or other small pasta)
How to Make Italian Wedding Soup
2Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend well.
3Form into 1/2 inch balls.
5Place broth in a large pot. Bring it to a boil.
6Add meatballs and carrots. Reduce heat to medium.Cook for 10 minutes.
7Add salt and pepper to taste.
8Add pasta and spinach and simmer for another 10 minutes or until pasta is done.
