How to Make Italian Sausage Orzo Soup
1In a large saucepan, cook the sausage, mushrooms, zucchini and onion in oil over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
2Add the broth, tomatoes, basil and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta.
3Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
