- 1 pound pork (cubed)
- 1 medium onion(diced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium butternut squash (cubed
- 1 can roteli ( diced tomatoes and chilies)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1 can van de camps pork and beans

Step 1In saute pan brown pork and oions in oil.

Step 2Trasfer to slow cooker.

Step 3Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on medium for 4 hours.
