Grandma always made these for soups or as a side they always ture out just right, Even I could do them. Since I'm suppost to cut back on my fat I come up with the low fat noodles.

Ingredients
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 large whole egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- LOW FAT HOMEMADE NOODLES
- 4 large egg whites
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make grandmas homemade noodles (by linda)

Step 1Mix eggs flour and water in small bowl.

Step 2Pour out on floured surface knead about 5 minutes. Cover let rest 10 minutes.

Step 3Cut into 3 sections roll out first section thin spinkle flour on and roll up.

Step 4Cut into thin strips shake loose and layout on a floured surface. Repeat with other two sections.

Step 5When dry add to boiling water or to simmering soups

Step 6When doing low fat noodles do everything the same.
