Ingredients

7 medium
onions sliced
2 Tbsp
butter
12 c
beef broth
2 Tbsp
better than beef bouillion
2 tsp
a 1 steak sauce
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce

Step-By-Step

1Saute onions in butter until soft and caramelized.
2Divide among 5 sterilized quart jars
3Bring remaining ingredients to a boil on top of stove. Ladle into jars.
4Process at 10 pound pressure for 75 minutes
