  • 7 medium onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons better than beef bouillion
  • 2 teaspoons a 1 steak sauce
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

How To Make easy pressure canned french onion soup

  • Step 1
    Saute onions in butter until soft and caramelized.
  • Step 2
    Divide among 5 sterilized quart jars
  • Step 3
    Bring remaining ingredients to a boil on top of stove. Ladle into jars.
  • Step 4
    Process at 10 pound pressure for 75 minutes
