- 6 cups potatoes, peeld, n diced
- 1 box chickn broth, 32 oz carton
- 1 can condnsd cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, onion n chive flavrd
- 1 cup ham, choppd (or more)
- 6 slices bacon, choppd n cookd & the bacon grease mmmmm!
- 1 tablespoon parsley, choppd
- 1 teaspoon dill, choppd
- - salt n pepper to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredd (or mont jack) cheese is optional

Step 1PUT DICED POTATOES IN A LARGE SOUP POT N COVER WITH CHICKN BROTH, COVER N BRING TO A BOIL THEN SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER.

Step 2WITH A STICK BLENDER (or u can do half at a time in blender BCAREFUL WITH HOT LIQUIDS) N BLEND TILL SMOOTH. ADD CREAM CHEESE N CREAM OF CELERY SOUP N MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED.

Step 3ADD CHOPPD HAM, CRUMBLED BACON (N BACON GREASE), PARSLEY N DILL....STIR TO COMBINE N SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES. TASTE FOR SALT N PEPPER...IF NEEDD
