I grew on conchitas a traditional mexican household dish..you can add any cheese you like or even with out. There are so many variations hope you enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 bag conchas little pasta shells
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons veg oil
- - monterey jack cheese
How To Make conchas

Step 1add oil to heated pot and add shells and brown up lightly

Step 2then add your tomato sauce and broth along with seasonings bring to a boil then lower and simmer until pasta shells are tender

Step 3last add your monteray jack cheese in cubes let sit until melted..
