Ingredients

  • 1 package cubed frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 pinches salt and pepper

How To Make cheesy potato soup (crock pot)

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in a crock pot.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients (except cheese, salt and pepper)
  • Step 3
    Cook on high 3-4 hours.
  • Step 4
    Add 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper before serving. Use remaining cheese to top.
  • Step 5
    Serve in a bread bowl or a dish.
