How to Make Cheese Potato Soup


  • 1In a large pot(dutch oven)combine broth, ham, potatoes, onions, and butter. Cook until potatoes are tender
  • 2Mix the flour with 1 to 2 cups of milk. Shake or stir until smooth and add to the soup with the other milk.
  • 3Stir in the cheese and simmer until the cheese melts and the soup thickens.
