broccoli cheese soup
This is one of my favorite lunch meals. I got this recipe from my Mother-in-law Janice Williams.

Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen broccoli
- 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 5 ounces velveeta, cubed
How To Make broccoli cheese soup

Step 1Place broccoli, broth and tomatoes in a large pot.

Step 2Bring to a boil. Then lower heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

Step 3Put into a blender and puree. Return to pot.

Step 4Add the cheese. Le tit melt stirring often.
