  • 1 lb
    frozen broccoli
  • 1 (10 oz.) can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 5 oz
    velveeta, cubed

How to Make Broccoli Cheese Soup


  1. Place broccoli, broth and tomatoes in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil. Then lower heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
  3. Put into a blender and puree. Return to pot.
  4. Add the cheese. Le tit melt stirring often.
