    beef sausage ( horseshoe shaped)
  • 3 can(s)
    great northern beans
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel w/ green chile's
  • 1/4 can(s)
    beef broth
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 3
    bell peppers chopped/ he uses 1 red, 1 green and one orange or yellow
  • 1 jar(s)
    chunky salsa
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 6 c
    cooked rice

How to Make BEEF SAUSAGE & SALSA STEW

Step-by-Step

  1. HE FIRST SLICES SAUSAGE AND BROWNS ON STOVETOP.
  2. PLACE ONION AND BELL PEPPERS IN 4 QRT DUTCH OVEN IN 1 TSP OLIVE OIL, SALT AND PEPPER AND COOK TILL TENDER. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS INCLUDING SAUSAGE. SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES AND SERVE OVER RICE OF CHOICE.
