Ingredients

  • 1 package beef sausage ( horseshoe shaped)
  • 3 cans great northern beans
  • 1 can rotel w/ green chile's
  • 1/4 can beef broth
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 - bell peppers chopped/ he uses 1 red, 1 green and one orange or yellow
  • 1 jar chunky salsa
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cups cooked rice

How To Make beef sausage & salsa stew

  • Step 1
    HE FIRST SLICES SAUSAGE AND BROWNS ON STOVETOP.
  • Step 2
    PLACE ONION AND BELL PEPPERS IN 4 QRT DUTCH OVEN IN 1 TSP OLIVE OIL, SALT AND PEPPER AND COOK TILL TENDER. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS INCLUDING SAUSAGE. SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES AND SERVE OVER RICE OF CHOICE.
