This is a delicious soup my son's friend made for our family. He says he made several substitutions because he could not find the ingredients he would normally use.He said it wasn't quite right, but my family and I loved it. Warning:this is a very spicy, which my family loves, you can cut down the Scotch bonnet pepper & pepper mixture if you don't like very spicy foods.
Any firm fish will work for this recipe.
Taste for salt before adding additional salt,as the bouillon and dried shrimp is salty to me.
