Crab & shrimp gumbo
I try to have all my ingredients measured and put into small Rubbermaid/Tupperware containers and organized in storage containers with all the other ingredients for a specific meal.
On a side note: I like clams so I also make this using canned baby clams as an additional ingredient.

1 lbcooked crab meat
1 lbcooked shrimp
2 can(s)crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
1 can(s)diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can(s)diced green chiles (4 oz)
2 clovecrushed garlic
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspgrains of paradise
2 can(s)fish stock
How to Make Crab & shrimp gumbo
- Chop the onion into medium sized pieces and saute in the butter for 10 min.
- Stir in the flour and continue to saute until you see a slight browning of the sauce.
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for an hour to blend flavors.
