butter

each, salt & pepper

carrot, grated

water

potatoes, diced

dried dillweed

milk

potato flakes
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley

How to Make Thick and creamy potato soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Add butter to lg pot, over medium heat. Add onion and cook until browned. Add potatoes, carrot, water, salt, peppper and dillweed.
  • 2Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally for 45 mins, or until potatoes are creamy. Stir in milk and parsley.
  • 3Stir in potato flakes and heat through.
